Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap , aligning with business goals. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality digital products. Write clear product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories with defined acceptance criteria. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including prioritization, testing, and iteration. Monitor key product metrics (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Champion user experience (UX) and ensure product features enhance usability and engagement. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and digital trends to keep products competitive. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing , or related field (MBA a plus). Proven experience as a Product Manager, Digital Product Owner, or similar role in technology-driven environments. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills . Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills . Familiarity with UX/UI principles, digital platforms, and data-driven decision-making . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment .
