Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS) across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the installation of BMS systems, ensuring work is executed according to specifications and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth integration of BMS systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, supervise installations, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Prepare and review engineering documentation, including wiring diagrams, I/O schedules, control drawings, and method statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BMS/ELV/M&E project engineering roles.
  • Prior experience in construction project environments is essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with PLC and SCADA programming, BACnet, Modbus protocols.
  • Experience with project documentation for regulatory requirements.
