Job Description:
Talent acquisition specialists play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients and candidates. They utilize sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from clients.
By visiting clients and building relationships, these professionals develop a comprehensive understanding of client companies, their industry, products, work culture, and environment. Utilizing social media platforms, they advertise positions, attract candidates, and establish connections with employers.
One of their key responsibilities is headhunting – identifying and approaching passive candidates who may be an ideal fit for the company's needs.
Talent acquisition specialists also work towards and exceed targets related to the number of candidates placed, value billed to clients, or business leads generated. Additionally, they review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and programs.
They track applicants and billings through internal applicant tracking systems and are responsible for ensuring that all data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Self-driven and sales-oriented individuals
- Ambitious, mature, and self-motivated professionals
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Payroll/HR
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin preferred for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Possession of CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification
