Responsibilities
Customer support on the technical aspects to customers.
Provide the information on the products, prices, and prepare the quotations as per customer specs.
Prepare on tender, lead a presentation, and demonstration on the equipment.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing a good rapport and trust with customers.
Seek out new business opportunities as per sales plan, as well as plan the sales quota (monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis)
Ability to work independently with product team to formulate proposal & solution to meet customer’s requirement.
Liaise with customers from ASEAN, APAC regions.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing equipment sales & marketing.
Must have semiconductor experiences.
Possess excellent networking and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
Independent player and strong team player with integrity/commitment.
Able to travel to ASEAN / APAC regions.
Possess a Class 3 license is preferred.
