Integrated Digital Delivery Professional

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) strategies throughout the design, construction, and handover stages of building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning digital workflows with corporate digital transformation objectives and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Lead the implementation of IDD strategies on large-scale building projects, ensuring seamless integration with corporate goals and industry standards.
  • Align digital workflows with corporate objectives, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM and digital construction platforms, including Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IDD strategies to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across all project phases.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Certification in BIM or other IDD-related training is advantageous.
  • Prefarable minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IDD in the construction industry, specifically on building projects.
  • Proficient in BIM and digital construction platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CDE, BIM workflows, and 3D/4D/5D modeling.
