Job Title: Digital Delivery Specialist

  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) strategies and their application throughout design, construction, and handover stages.
  • S/he should have expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), including the management and coordination of BIM efforts across consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • A background in automation scripting using tools like Dynamo and Python is desirable, as well as experience with dashboard customization and digital construction tool implementation.
  • The successful candidate will also be able to collaborate effectively with IT and digital teams to integrate APIs and data platforms as needed.
  • An ability to support project teams in adopting digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and Synchro for tasks like clash detection, 4D scheduling, and data validation is essential.
  • This role requires strong communication and training skills, as the successful candidate will need to conduct sessions on IDD tools and processes for internal staff and external stakeholders.
  • The position involves monitoring digital implementation progress, generating performance and compliance reports, and identifying areas for improvement or innovation in digital project delivery.
  • The selected candidate will also contribute to capability building by mentoring stakeholders in the use of digital tools, sourcing relevant external training, and assessing organizational learning needs related to digital technologies.
