Job Scope Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping. Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company. Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice. Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers. Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients. Additional Responsibilities: Recommend appropriate wellness products. Assist new team members in improving their sales and customer service skills.
