As the Senior Manager, Regulatory (APAC), you will be the cornerstone of EBANX's regulatory strategy and compliance efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other regional regulators, ensuring the maintenance of our licenses and enabling our expansion into new markets across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. This is a strategic role that requires a blend of deep regulatory knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to guide EBANX through a dynamic and complex environment. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact and build a trusted relationship with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other governmental regulators in the region. Lead and oversee the regulatory compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all local obligations, including periodic reporting. Ensure the maintenance and good standing of all EBANX's regulated entities in the APAC region. Provide strategic and expert advice on new business models and products, ensuring their regulatory feasibility in the region. Conduct assessments and lead the application processes for new licenses required for EBANX's expansion in APAC.
