Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building. Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed targets and drive team performance. Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to deliver tailored talent solutions. Stay informed on recruitment trends, tendering processes, and manpower needs in sectors like oil & gas. Prepare regular business reports and market insights to support management decisions. Requirements Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. Proven recruitment industry experience with full 360° sales cycle expertise (client acquisition, candidate sourcing, negotiation, and deal closing). Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, self-motivated and goal-oriented. Tender project and/or oil & gas sector experience is a plus but not mandatory. Fluent in Chinese with excellent communication skills to engage Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and client management skills. Why Join Us?
