Overview
NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra (IN-MH), India. As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end release management process for Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities
Lead other release specialists, coordinate release planning activities, maintain multiple Salesforce sandboxes, and utilize Copado for version control and release management.
Collaborate with development and QA teams for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Monitor and troubleshoot release-related issues; ensure adherence to best practices; maintain a detailed release calendar; and implement automation for the release process.
Qualifications
5-10 years of release management experience with expertise in Copado.
Solid understanding of Salesforce environments and development lifecycle; experience with CI/CD processes and tools; familiarity with Salesforce development frameworks.
5-10 years of experience in release and environment management, with at least 3+ years of Salesforce-specific release management leveraging Copado.
Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field.
Salesforce certifications (preferred).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools; data migration and environment refresh processes (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, effective communication skills, self-starting capabilities, time management, prioritization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Travel and Location
This role may require up to 15% travel and candidates must live within a commutable distance to specific cities.
