Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
Consultative Selling:Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' pain points, objectives, and IT infrastructure requirements.
Solution Presentation:Craft compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase Ricoh products and solutions, highlighting their features, benefits, and alignment with client needs.
Proposal Development:Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions to address client requirements and deliver value.
Negotiation and Closing:Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and navigate the sales process to successfully close deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Relationship Management:Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and continuously identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Intelligence:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate sales records, track progress against targets, and provide regular reporting to management on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics.
Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or in related fields.
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in IT solutions or consultancy.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, meeting room solutions, and digital transformation trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Certifications in ITIL, Salesforce would be advantageous.
