You will report to the Team Lead and Community Partnership & Volunteer Lead, and work alongside the C&P team to: Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders for outreach and volunteering opportunities Follow up on volunteer enquiries, screen, assess, match, and orientate volunteers to the services of the organisation Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts to raise awareness of community needs and volunteer opportunities Facilitate and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and community partners Implement an effective volunteer management system, including recruitment, training, deployment, reward, retention, and recognition Evaluate all aspects of volunteer programmes to ensure effectiveness and implement changes as appropriate Develop strategy and operationalise plans to market the services and volunteering opportunities of the organisation to community and corporate partners Monitor digital platforms for information and updates on SG Cares VC and partners Prepare quarterly progress reports Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in mass communication, marketing, human resources, social studies or equivalent; relevant field will be desired and/or Job Requirements: At least 1 – 2 years of working experiences in relevant fields / sector or has interest in community relations work Understand community relations work & driven by a passion for the community Enjoy working in a hybrid environment Good written and verbal communications – no fear of people engagement at all Strong stakeholder management and people skills to work collaboratively with volunteers from varying organisations and companies Able to multi-task, have high attention to detail and work independently with minimum supervision as well as respecting teamwork and dynamics Empathetic and Observant to people/situations, being able to read the room and navigate partnerships accordingly Keen and a good flair in digital communications tools Proficient in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Work location: Bukit Batok If you are interested to join us, please apply via Fei Yue Career Portal .
