Digital Transformation Solutions Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Digital Transformation Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of digital transformation projects aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Design and develop dashboards and automation tools using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve data visibility and streamline workflows.
  • Integrate and manage data from multiple sources to enable accurate reporting, analytics, and decision-making aligned with strategic KPIs.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, and cloud computing to enhance manufacturing and business processes.
  • Develop software and hardware solutions using programming languages (Python, C#, Java, JavaScript) and technologies (PLC, IoT, RFID) to enable automation and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver effective digital solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, cloud computing, and cybersecurity is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power App, Power Automate and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel VBA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience in project execution, including documentation, testing, and user training.
