Corporate Development Analyst, Digital Infrastructure Join to apply for the Corporate Development Analyst, Digital Infrastructure role at Ethos BeathChapman Overview Corporate / Buyside position based in Singapore. Permanent headcount. Candidates should have relevant M&A or Project Finance experience in Infrastructure, Energy or Data Centres / Digital Infra. Responsibilities Support CIO in transaction deal execution, due diligence, financial analysis of investment opportunities, investor relations and preparing materials for the board and investment committee to enable strategic decision making Assist in preparing Investment Committee Memorandums for greenfield developments or acquisitions of data centre assets Creation of materials for shareholders, joint venture partners, and lenders Build and maintain project financial models for investors and lenders, including credit analysis, cash flow forecasting, and covenant scenario testing Conduct financial and strategic analysis of potential new market opportunities Maintain awareness of the digital infra industry, leverage market and competitive intel, staying abreast of emerging trends and opportunities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline At least 1-3 years of experience minimum in investment banking, project finance, consulting, corporate development, M&A Understanding of double entry accounting method, strong technical skills, financial modelling Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented Energy, Infra or Data Centre / Digital Infra sector experience highly advantageous (not mandatory)Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, good stakeholder management Data collected is strictly used for recruitment purposes only and will be treated with strictest confidence.
