Responsibilities Execute bioclimatic analysis in building simulations to identify environmental strengths and weaknesses of a design and recommend measures to optimize the design from the environmental perspective; Lead in delivering Green Building Certification and project management; Perform Energy performance via energy Modelling to identify energy efficient sub-systems for green building design; Requirements A recognised Degree in Mechnical Engineering, or equivalent; Must be proficient in Revit Architecture, Thermal Analysis Software (TAS), Integrated Environmental Solutions (IESVE) Software and Radiance, Wind-Driven Rain, Renewable Energy Solar PV/BiPV/BaPV yield Analysis, ENVI-MET (Microclimate), CFD simulations, Ambience (Airflow Analysis), Glare, Indoor / Outdoor Thermal Comfort and other relevant computer simulation tools. 0 to 3 years of working experience in ESD projects; Environmentally Sustainable Design Consultancy in Green Mark / LEED; Good knowledge and technical know-hows of how could a building be designed to be energy efficient and cause minimal adverse impacts to the environment; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
