Roles & Responsibilities About the role Are you a talented Interior Designer looking to kickstart your career? Goat Creative Studio, a leading design agency in the Commonwealth Central Region, is seeking a dynamic Junior Interior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Interior Designer, you will be involved in all aspects of our exciting interior design projects, from concept development to on-site implementation. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces, we want to hear from you What you'll be doing Assisting senior designers with the full interior design process, including space planning, mood board creation, 3D visualisations, and material/furniture selections Conducting site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions Preparing detailed design documentation and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery Staying up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies Supporting the team in managing project timelines, budgets, and administrative tasks What we're looking for A certification in Interior Design or a related field Relevant internship or design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or studio environment Strong spatial awareness, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail Proficiency in design software is a plus such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team A keen interest in the latest design trends, materials, and sustainable design principles What we offer At Goat Creative Studio, we are committed to providing our team with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
