With expansion underway, we are hiring multiple positions to meet our growing centre and program needs. Job Description – Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager Oversee daily operations of the student care centre to ensure smooth and efficient management. Lead and mentor a team of teachers, ensuring that our after-school program is conducted in line with the centre’s framework, guidelines, and philosophy (training provided). Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication on children’s progress and well-being. Manage staff scheduling, coordination and evaluation. Guide primary school children during homework supervision and enrichment programmes when needed. Plan and coordinate daily programmes, holiday camps, and special events. Ensure safety, discipline, and a positive learning environment for all students. Contribute to business development and enrollment growth initiatives as directed by the Centre Owner / Director. Plan and schedule updates to our website (monthly) and social media (weekly) For subject teachers: conduct English, Chinese, and/or Mathematics enrichment lessons according to our curriculum requirements. Who We Are Looking For Passionate leaders who enjoy working with children and supporting teacher growth. Strong organisational and people management skills. Ability to inspire students to be the best version of themselves – both academically and holistically. Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent (required).
