We're looking for innovative, passionate, and talented people like you to join our team.

We're searching for a Principal Engineer to be part of our Facilities Department team, providing support for Ultrapure Water and Wastewater systems to ensure continuous supply of utilities at the required performance levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and troubleshooting system failures, generating 8D reports, and managing report databases.
  • Planning, managing, and developing predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Tracking uptime, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR for chemical and gas systems.
  • Maintaining administrative and engineering databases supporting job tracking, data analysis, and system documentation.
  • Managing alarm systems to ensure optimal operation of TGCM.
  • Coordinating daily schedules with service teams and maintaining communication to meet activity timelines.
  • Participating in review meetings, discussing operational status and customer satisfaction issues.
  • Developing and implementing SOPs and RA for operations and engineering.
  • Performing FMEAs and implementing recommended solutions.
  • Managing inventory control, parts ordering, and identifying critical components.
  • Driving operational and engineering excellence across teams.
  • Training engineers and technicians on system operation and maintenance.
  • Ensuring safety and housekeeping standards, supporting audits.
  • Generating reports on equipment failures, system improvements, and operational activities.
  • Leading startup, commissioning, and installation of process systems, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards, legislation, and codes of practice.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing 24-hour standby for emergencies.
  • Performing other duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related).
  • 5-10 years of experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or petrochemical industries preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering and water treatment processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
