Revenue Operations Analyst, 12-month contract, CBD

Job Scope Manage end-to-end sales incentives process from calculation to payout. Working with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency via process or system enhancement Work under time pressure to ensure that results are finalised before submission deadline CRM Optimization and Process Development Partner with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related business processes Stay up-to-date with new CRM products and feature launches and ensure Sales teams are aligned Lead processes standardisation projects independently across APAC and METAP markets, provide guidelines and training for the Sales team Business Analytics and Reporting Conduct in-depth analytical review of business operations and provide data-driven recommendations Prepare clear and concise management reporting via dashboard visualization that delivers actionable insights to leadership. Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams (Finance, HR/Payroll, Product, HQ Teams, etc.) with a client-focused and continuous improvement mindset. Requirements BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics or related fields 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields Highly analytical and attention to details Comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus)Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned targets and projects with perseverance and passion Additional Information Salary – Up to S$6.2K Contract duration: 12-month contract Commencement Date: Immediate Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Hybrid Location: CBD, One Raffles Quay #J-18808-Ljbffr
