About The Role
We seek a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Data Visualization Analyst to transform complex data sets into visual stories. You will work with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support data-driven decisions in business performance, client management, and regulatory analysis for the front office.
Key Responsibilities
Understand front office business needs and translate them into visual solutions.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to provide insights.
Support review and standardization of dashboard practices across teams.
Ensure visualization standards for consistency and usability.
Collaborate to identify key metrics and KPIs.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity, working with Data Hub.
Stay updated on data visualization and UI/UX best practices.
Contribute to training materials to promote visualization literacy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
Basic knowledge of SQL and data structures.
UX/UI design knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
