**Data Analyst**

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and implementing a selection of Crowdo’s analytics, reporting, visualization, AI/ML projects. You will play a key role in project implementation, support, and managing relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify information and needs of stakeholders required for decision-making
- Translate business needs to visualization and reporting requirements
- Evaluate plans, identify business intelligence offerings required by the business and recommend data sources needed
- Develop and design feasibility studies and proposals
- Experience with data functionalities in the cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP/Alicloud/etc)
- Enhance information accessibility for the company
- Gather, input, prepare, analyze, and store data from internal systems and external sources
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Define data and metrics/KPIs for data reviews
- Interpret and translate analyses to common language for business decisions and actions
- Design and create reports, visualizations, and BI service offerings to facilitate data storytelling
- Develop and implement roadmaps for BI analysis insights and operations
- Guide the company’s business intelligence vision and strategy

**Requirements**:

- A degree in a data-related field with least 2 years relevant experience in both financial services/finance-related industries and data/analytics
- Strong in Power BI, Excel, Visualization, and SQL
- A team player who can work as part of a team or with mínimal supervision
- Resourceful, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. Organized and detail oriented
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data organizational skills
- Good stakeholder management skills and confidence working with the leadership team
- Deep skill in BI/Reporting/Visualization tools (e.g. Power BI to be specific, possible also on other platforms)
