Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to drive sales and awareness through year-round promotions and campaigns. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing campaign mechanics, engaging with retailers, and developing communications plans.

  • Create and implement successful marketing strategies across various platforms to drive engagement from online to offline and vice versa.
  • Liaise and manage external vendors, contractors, and event companies to ensure the launch of all campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with the business intelligence team to develop data analytics and measure the output of marketing strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by active marketing of advertising space and new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing comprehensive marketing strategies to improve sales conversion and ROI.
  • Managing editorial and promotional content for various platforms.
  • Conducting post-mortem reports to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting budgeting and revenue driver monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail or shopping mall.
  • Strong ownership and personal accountability, with ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing and m-commerce in F&B and/or Retail industry.
