Job Title

We are seeking skilled professionals to develop cutting-edge network protocols for data center interconnection technology.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance network protocols.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate protocols into new interconnected chip designs.
  • Your primary focus will be on developing comprehensive technical documentation and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
  • You will also participate in international forums to contribute to the creation and evolution of global technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing cutting-edge network protocols.
  • Collaborating with hardware teams to integrate protocols into new interconnected chip designs.
  • Developing comprehensive technical documentation and facilitating knowledge sharing.
  • Participating in international forums to contribute to global technical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in design, analysis, or verification of network protocols (Ethernet, UEC, UAlink is a plus).
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, SystemVerilog) and simulation tools (EDA, MATLAB, OPNET).
  • Strong English skills for technical documentation and international collaboration.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and work effectively in a team environment.
