Assistant Manager, Marketing & Outreach – Nanyang Technological University Singapore As a leading business school in Singapore and globally, Nanyang Business School competes with top business schools from around the world to attract applicants from diverse backgrounds to join its graduate programmes. The key purpose of the role is to support student outreach, recruitment and admission functions to attract the best students to apply. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies. Key Responsibilities Support the Graduate Studies Office central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals. Assist program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high calibre applicants. Provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels; collaborate with program teams to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics. Attend to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks to meet recruitment goals. Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation. Coordinate with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment activities. Requirements Degree or Diploma in visual design is preferred. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing. Experience in event execution and management. Attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Advantageous competencies: Able to work after-office hours/weekends when required. People-oriented and enjoys connecting with new people. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
