Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales plans to target both local and international customers, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and oversee advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility across various channels, including social media and company website.
- Sales Quotations and Tenders: Prepare and submit sales quotations and tenders as required, participating in tender interviews when necessary.
- Presentation Materials: Develop and maintain presentation materials for product demonstrations, seminars, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to identify new business opportunities, enhance revenue generation, improve profitability, and address customer complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or relevant field
- At least 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Prior experience in machinery industry an added advantage
- Own transport for sales activities
