Customer Service Representative
This role involves serving as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and prompt responses to inquiries, and resolving basic issues or complaints.
- Key responsibilities include greeting walk-ins, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about products and services, and be able to operate a POS system accurately.
Furthermore, the Customer Service Representative will maintain a clean and organized front desk area, perform light administrative duties, and track customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
