Business Segment Overview Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best‑in‑class institutional‑grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology. Responsibilities Position Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our Global Markets team, focused on Listed Derivatives across India, the Middle East, and Singapore. The role involves driving new business development, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and working closely with trading, product, and operations teams to deliver strategic solutions in listed futures and options. This is a revenue‑generating role that requires a deep understanding of derivatives markets, client needs, and regional regulatory landscapes. An existing portfolio of clients is preferred. Client Coverage & Relationship Management Develop and manage a portfolio of institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, banks, prop desks, and corporates). Build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers across the client base. Act as the primary point of contact for listed derivatives execution, clearing, and related services. Business Development Identify and onboard new clients across India, the Middle East, and Singapore. Drive regional sales strategy in alignment with global business goals. Promote exchange‑traded futures and options across asset classes (equities, rates, commodities, FX). Product Knowledge & Execution Provide market color, product education, and execution strategies. Work closely with internal desks and clearing operations to structure customized trading and clearing solutions. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with product managers, quant teams, and legal / compliance to develop and deliver client solutions. Coordinate with exchange partners (e.g., SGX, NSE, DGCX, CME, ICE) for product promotion and joint initiatives. Qualifications To land this role you will need: 8+ years of experience in listed derivatives sales, trading, or clearing services. Proven track record of revenue generation and client development in the region. Strong understanding of global listed derivatives markets and clearing infrastructure. Existing client relationships in India, Middle East, and Singapore preferred. Education / Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
