Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain, Orthopaedics located in Singapore, Raynham, MA or Zuchwil, CH . Locations Raynham, Massachusetts, United States of America Singapore, Singapore Zuchwil, Switzerland Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all project activities across the supply chain to ensure the seamless execution of end-of-life processes, driving alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery. Acts as the SME on the end‐of‐life process for regions and supply chain platforms and functions. Coordinates data management as it relates to end‐of‐life process execution across the E2E ecosystem. Lead other Product Life Cycle Management improvement initiatives as needed, driving improved processes, data flows, and ecosystem connections. Work effectively cross‐functionally to deliver maturity and standardization with end‐of‐life process. Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver programs that optimize process. Lead and develop a governance model to monitor end‐of‐life projects in partnership with Commercial. Serve as the functional pillar lead for the End of Life Community, providing a single point of contact for the DPS supply chain leaders. Accountable for project execution, financials, and savings across all programs and focus areas. Lead the implementation of new ways to improve the sharing of organizational information across platforms. Motivate and coach team to drive operational success and a culture of continuous improvement. Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks, and overall status of project. Work effectively in a global multi‐functional team environment, brainstorming solutions, developing practical innovative cost‐effective design concepts, and leading change. Set the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity. Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred; advanced degree such as a M.S. or MBA is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of related experience required. Project management experience required. Working knowledge of end‐to‐end product supply and distribution, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and MRP/ERP systems required. Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity. Experience in managing cross‐functional teams. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‐solving skills. Ability to analyze, balance, and prioritize risk. Ability to influence/collaborate stakeholders cross‐functionally to support business goals. Product cost management and budget management preferred.
