Base pay range SGD60.00/hr - SGD80.00/hr Position Summary Deliver comprehensive training programs in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to students and professionals, developing their digital design skills through hands-on instruction and practical projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for beginner to advanced levels in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with industry standards. Create practical exercises and real-world design projects. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with latest Adobe software features and design trends. Customize training programs based on student needs and skill levels. Provide technical support during training sessions. Required Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop professionally. Previous training or teaching experience preferred. Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) required. Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both applications. Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Patience and ability to work with diverse learning styles. Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of design principles and color theory. Knowledge of print and digital design workflows. Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
