Position Summary: Deliver comprehensive training programs in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to students and professionals, developing their digital design skills through hands-on instruction and practical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for beginner to advanced levels in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Develop curriculum and training materials aligned with industry standards.
  • Create practical exercises and real-world design projects.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with latest Adobe software features and design trends.
  • Customize training programs based on student needs and skill levels.
  • Provide technical support during training sessions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop professionally.
  • Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
  • *Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both applications.
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Patience and ability to work with diverse learning styles.

Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of design principles and color theory.
  • Knowledge of print and digital design workflows.
  • Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.
