Responsibilities
Unit Inspection, Readiness/Preparation:
Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.
Defects Rectification:
Ensure defects rectification is completed within the stipulated timeline by liaising with the main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.
Unit Handover to Owners:
Assist the Customer Service team in liaising with the main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.
Handling Customer Complaints/Feedback:
Assist in the resolution of owners' complaints arising from defects and other areas and ensure owners' complaints are resolved satisfactorily.
Working location at previous Tengah Air Base.
