Project Management Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Lead to define and execute the roadmap for Edge/Cloud infrastructure transformation. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, track project performance, and report progress.

  • Advocate Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
  • Foster collaboration with Software Architects, Technical Leads, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Experience Designers.

Edge Platform & DevOps Expert

The Project Management Lead will oversee medium-scale migrations with minimal disruption, focusing on performance, security, and cost optimization. This includes establishing and evolving DevOps best practices, tools, and frameworks to improve developer agility and efficiency.

  • Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation strategies to accelerate delivery.
  • Continuously enhance cloud performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure optimal technology utilization.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to boost developer reliability and productivity.
  • Drive enterprise-scale Edge and DevOps transformation initiatives.
  • Define and enforce best practices for infrastructure, deployment, and operations within the IoT platform.

Team Leadership Specialist

The Project Management Lead will mentor and develop team members, supporting career growth and progression. This includes providing regular feedback, conducting evaluations, and maintaining open communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps, with a background in manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PTC Kepware, ThingWorx, and CI/CD integration using GitLab/GitHub.
  • Proficiency in OpenStack VM, VMware, Red Hat OSV, and CAAS infrastructure.
  • Expertise in container orchestration and scaling via APIs, virtualization, or portals.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, and other databases, including migration and modernization.
  • Proven ability in performance monitoring and optimization for scalability.
  • Advanced skills in Kubernetes, OpenShift, containers, and cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
  • Solid understanding of AWS and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation projects in complex enterprise settings.
