Tax Audit Executive / Income Tax & GST Specialist
As a Tax Audit Executive/Income Tax Expert at Prasanna Venkatesh & Associates in Chennai, you will be part of a fast-growing Chartered Accountant firm specializing in Tax Audit, Income Tax Filing, GST Compliance, Accounting, ROC Filings, and Financial Statements Finalization. Our diverse client base includes industries such as manufacturing, service, and trading sectors. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and filing Tax Audit Reports, finalizing books of accounts in Tally ERP, handling income tax return filing, performing GST reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate Income Tax compliance.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and file Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CA/3CB/3CD) with detailed documentation- Finalize books of accounts in Tally ERP for various types of firms- Handle income tax return filing and GST reconciliations- Prepare financial statements in Excel and apply Income Tax provisions accurately- Stay updated on latest Income Tax Act amendments and audit thresholds- Collaborate with internal teams and CAs to meet filing deadlines and respond to audit notices- Communicate with clients to gather data and provide updatesQualifications:- B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/CMA Inter/CA Finalist- 3-5 years of Tax Audit experience in an Indian auditor office or CA firm- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, Excel reporting, and GST compliance- Familiarity with Income Tax e-filing portal, TRACES, AIS, 26AS- Excellent English communication skills; Tamil proficiency preferred- Experience across multiple sectors and familiarity with Winman softwarePreferred Skills:- Exposure to handling tax scrutiny notices or assessmentsWhy Join Us - Real client projects from day one- Exposure to diverse industries and tax scenarios- Professional growth environment with senior mentors- Long-term growth opportunities into managerial roles- Structured training and peer learning environment- Wide portfolio of clients and tax scenariosTo apply, send your resume with the subject "Application for Tax Audit Executive (Your Name)" to the provided contact numbers.
