Strategic SAP HANA Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SAP HANA to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HANA implementations or migrations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Main Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation or migration projects for SAP HANA, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders, utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation, focusing on cost efficiency and effective use of tools such as SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, MS Project, etc. Coordinate internal teams, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project performance using advanced project management techniques, conducting regular status meetings and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, maintaining compliance with company policies, SAP best practices, and data security regulations.
