Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP HANA database solutions that drive business performance and innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HANA platform, data modeling, and system administration to enable real-time analytics and transactional processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SAP HANA data models, including attribute views, analytic views, and calculation views.
  • Implement SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP HANA solutions.
  • Support SAP BW on HANA, S/4HANA, or other SAP applications integrated with HANA.
  • Develop and optimize SQL scripts, stored procedures, and calculation views for efficient data retrieval.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and landscape management.
  • Ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery processes for SAP HANA environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HANA databases.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP HANA platform.
  • Strong skills in SAP HANA Studio, data modeling, SQL scripting, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with SAP BW on HANA, S/4HANA or other SAP modules is a plus.
  • Good understanding of database administration, including installation, backup, recovery, and security.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP HANA certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA).
  • Experience with cloud deployments of SAP HANA (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or related SAP technologies.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
