What You'll Do:
(Chef) Sushi:
Craft high-quality sushi platters, including Aburi and Makimono styles
Monitor ingredient freshness & food safety, conducting regular quality checks
Assist in receiving and inspecting sushi ingredients to maintain top-tier quality
Senior Chef (Sushi / Sashimi):
- Skilfully cut, plate, and store seasonal fish and shellfish, ensuring freshness and quality
- Perform sashimi cutting of premium fish such as salmon, tuna, amberjack, and yellowtail
- Decorate sashimi platters to enhance presentation and visual appeal
- Conduct markdowns on products to maintain inventory accuracy and freshness
- Assist with ordering, stock take, and quality assurance to ensure top-quality seafood

Skilled with Japanese knife techniques & seafood handling
