What the role is
You support in strategic and long-term planning for compensation and service injury transformation efforts.
What you will be working on
Review and enhance compensation policies
Transform service injury management processes
Improve service delivery systems
Develop strategic long-term plans
Manage stakeholder relationships
Challenge(s): Multi-tasking in view of the high tempo and dynamic environment
Handling sensitive interactions
Addressing public scrutiny on compensation adequacy
Balancing empathy with objectivity
Navigating complex legislation and policies
What we are looking for
Education in Human Resource is preferred
At least 5 years of working experience in policy formulation, with 2 years in managerial role is preferred
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication
Good negotiation skills
Must be resourceful, resilient and empathetic
