Our client is a leading international company providing a wide range of products and solutions to customers in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
This is a contract position for 12 months, with a 2-month completion bonus, offering a salary of up to S$8,000 per month. The location is at the International Business Park in Jurong East.
Responsibilities:
Understand local, regional, and global applications by collaborating with country IT Business Partners & the Global team.
Assist in shaping business requirements into solid business cases and translate them into project execution.
Support project management activities, including resource coordination, documentation, testing, and go-live preparation.
Work closely with the manager to develop and execute migration plans for local applications based on the global roadmap.
Assist or support technology and infrastructure operations as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 3-8 years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience leading and managing IT projects, with strong technical knowledge of
Salesforce/SFDC .
Knowledge of Genesys or Adobe Suite (such as Adobe Creative Cloud) is advantageous.
Basic understanding of system integration, e.g., EDI, Middleware, FTP.
Detail-oriented with a passion for learning new technologies and technical skills.
Good knowledge of
Salesforce
and other commercial technology platforms for various integration functions.
Experience working with external partners, such as customers and vendors, on process improvement projects.
Ability to initiate ideas and communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
