**Requirements**:

- Min 2 years’ experience in the role of IT Business analyst.
- Good business analyst experience in both waterfall and Agile projects/development.
- Proven track record of working and managing business users and 3rd party vendors.
- Proven track records of successful implementation of projects
- Experience in documentation of processes, workflows, and/ or business requirements
- Experience in performing functional and backend testing activities and ensure traceability to requirements.
- Solid Excel, data analysis and SQL skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business user in business process improvement to align with business and project objectives and bridge the gaps between business users and technical solution team.
- Work closely with business users and vendors to solve process and IT related problems.
- Facilitate requirements and gap analysis workshops with users, vendors and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.
- Bridge the gaps between business and IT. You are the key person to clearly articulate the business requirements to the technical team and technical proposition to business context.
- Work closely with vendor and solution architects to ensure the right implementation of IT solution to meet the business needs.
- Review and critique vendors’ or in-house team deliverables and offer conclusion to project manager/ delivery manager. To write and get acceptance upon collaboration with business users on all Test Plan.
