JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Admin to join our growing family.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-Commerce
Oversee the daily operation of ecommerce platform.
Handle order fulfillment, including order confirmation, packing, arranging delivery, and dispatching.
Manage product listing and online promotional activities such as Shopee and Lazada campaigns.
Address customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently.
Assist with invoicing, goods return, and credit/debit notes.
Maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
Support ad hoc general administrative duties.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 1 year of related experience.
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms is a plus.
Independent yet a strong team player with good communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
