Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management Has experience in successfully planning and implementing integrated online and offline campaigns (new product launches, industry summits, KOL/KOC, PR events, co‐branded collaborations). Coordinate annual/quarterly budgets and be responsible for CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL conversion rate, and brand health tracking. Content and Channel Matrix Establish and operate multilingual owned media (official website, blog, newsletter, podcast). Has successful experience in operating mainstream non‐China social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Develop a localization content calendar, produce whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, EDMs, etc., to form a sustainable content flywheel. Brand Equity Management and Compliance Understand and comply with non‐China data and compliance systems (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Unify global CI/VI specifications to ensure that all touchpoints (exhibitions, packaging, Sales Deck, advertising, merchandise) comply with brand standards. Establish a brand health tracking system (SOV, Share of Search, NPS, Brand Recall), conduct quarterly reviews, and optimize it. Ability to independently manage non‐China external suppliers such as PR, creative, media, events, and production. Built a supplier evaluation model (ROI, timeliness, quality) to ensure project delivery and budget efficiency. We hope you: Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluent in business communication, capable of independently writing brand whitepapers and demo scripts in English, and aligning with headquarters' products/sales in Chinese. ≥ 5 years of IT/B2B software integrated marketing experience, including ≥ 3 years of deep cultivation in a single non‐Chinese market (SEA/North America), with quantifiable ROI cases. Proficient in LinkedIn Ads + HubSpot/Marketo automation, familiar with Google/Meta/TikTok for Business. Managed industry summits with ≥500 participants or KOL/PR events, and is responsible for MQL → SQL. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, advertising, communication, business, or related fields. Has SaaS/Retail Technology/Consumer Electronics/Fintech background. Proficient in Data Dashboards such as GA4, Tableau, Looker Studio. Have ABM and growth hacking thinking, and it is better if you can use SQL/Python for data extraction.
