Job Opportunity: Corporate Gifts and Porcelain Product Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for corporate gifts and porcelain products in the luxury hospitality and labels market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with experience in designing and developing new product collections from concept to final production. They should be able to manage design timelines, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and provide creative direction to junior designers and vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the design and development of new product collections, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Managing design timelines and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop design concepts that meet business needs.
- Providing creative direction to junior designers and external vendors.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and ensure designs remain competitive.
Required qualifications include:
- A bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Proven portfolio showcasing corporate gifts and porcelain design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant 3D software(s).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
