The Marketing team in Thailand will support campaigns and partnerships to grow Visa's overall brand equity with consumers, such as cardholders and businesses. The Visa Brand Promise is to uplift everyone and everywhere, by being the best way to pay and to be paid. With this goal in mind, we strive to ensure that the brand shows up in a meaningful way at the relevant occasions to bring across this narrative to our partners and customers.

The individual will report to the Head of Marketing, Thailand and will be part of the Thailand Country Team as well as part of the SMT (Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand) cluster.

What a Senior Client Marketing Manager does at Visa:

The individual will bring in marketing experiences to activate and deliver strategic and tactical marketing value to our key clients (Banks, Merchants, FinTech, and Government) by actively promoting VISA's Marketing Value Added Services and Solutions. Working closely with his/her manager, regional Marketing teams, the Business Development team as well as Visa's Consulting teams, the Manager will support and deliver unique solutions to drive growth for Visa and our clients.

This is a 5 months fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead marketing engagements for key clients and partners by developing and rolling out client marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives. This encompasses the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns from planning to execution. Engage with client executives and team leads to understand their plans and to take the initiative in proposing marketing support that aligns with their goals. Foster and sustain client relationships to generate new revenue streams by offering comprehensive Marketing Value Added Services (VAS). These services cover marketing insight, strategy, creative services, execution, and consulting. Identify client requirements through thorough analysis and develop custom plans. Negotiate pricing and scope with clients, followed by necessary contracting and documentation. Partner with internal teams and agencies to implement effective solutions. Ensure progress by achieving objectives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Work extensively with local country cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Development,
