Retail & Guest Experience Associate (PT)

Location: On-Site, Performance Pickleball (Punggol, Changi, future locations)

Basis : Part Time (Shift-based incl. weekends, PH, evenings), $12/h, Open to anyone living in Singapore

About the Role

Welcome to Performance Pickleball — Singapore's #1 pickleball club and the home of good vibes, great games, and even better people. We're looking for someone upbeat, friendly, and ready to jump into the action as our Retail & Guest Experience Associate .

Think of this role as part-hospitality, part-retail, part-vibe curator. You'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, keeps the club tidy and buzzing, helps players find their gear, and maybe even stars in a few fun videos along the way. It's fast-paced, people-powered, and never boring.

Whether you're a student, a fresh grad, or just someone looking for a fun side hustle, this could be your dream side gig

Guest Experience & Front-of-House Vibes

  • Say hi, check people in, and make everyone feel like a regular—even if it's their first time
  • Chat with players, learn names, and ask how their game went
  • Share info on our club, programs, gear, etc
  • Be ready to provide necessary helps to the guest
  • Handle the occasional question or complaint with calm and care
  • Keep the club looking sharp—tidy, restocked, and ready for play
  • Refill drinks, gear, and apparel displays
  • Maintain cleanliness to ensure comfort for the guests
  • Fill-in daily checklist, club dairy, or any other necessary reports
  • Open/close the space with simple routines
  • Chat with guests about what they need and recommend gear or classes
  • Help people find the perfect product or program
  • Share feedback with our team so we keep improving
  • Help set up for events like leagues, socials, or parties
  • Be on the ground helping things run smoothly and capturing memories
  • Pop into some videos or Insta stories
  • Share your ideas to make our community events extra fun
