SabNewCo will soon assume the role of the new internalised manager of Sabana Industrial REIT.We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for the Investor Relations Team. Be part of a new and exciting team that shapes investors' perception, fosters trust, and builds confidence in the REIT.Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing relations with the investment and media communities including shareholders, analysts, investors, media and other stakeholders Effectively communicate the strategic direction and financial performance of the company to investors Build the IR calendar and cadence (including but not limited to quarterly updates, organizing conferences, NDRs/roadshows, meetings and site visits etc) Prepare AGM/EGM investor communications and manage Q&A logistics Create and continuously refine investor materials (including but not limited to the updating of presentations, news releases, Q&A, factsheet corporate website content, corporate social media accounts and other corporate communication materials) Manage corporate website, affiliate websites and corporate social media accounts Assist in the development of annual report and sustainability report Monitor peer REITs, sector trends, credit markets, index changes and regulatory developments Conduct shareholder register analysis, identify ownership and execute investor targeting Requirements: Degree in relevant field such as Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration/ Business/ Management, Finance, Accountancy Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Investor Relations for listed companies or REITs Good understanding of REIT metrics and drivers Proficiency with IR/market tools (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet etc Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Proficiency with IR/market tools (e.g. Bloomberg, FactSet) and good Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel knowledge Attention to details, strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and organisation skills High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently Ability to work on tight timelines and manage multiple workstreams
