Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Cloud Engineer.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based systems and applications. They should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cloud-based infrastructure and applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to plan and execute delivery activities.
  • Ensure all components of the solution (software, infrastructure, network) are installed, tested, and operational according to client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and network issues during and post-deployment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and client environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to clients on application usage and best practices.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure post-deployment stability and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience doing L2 and L3 support, to be able to troubleshoot root cause and follow through to resolve them.
  • Development experience – Full stack developer with Golang experience.
  • Experience delivering project and managing customer.
  • L2/L3 Support experience.
  • Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in software applications, infrastructure, and networks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
  • Familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Able to manage multiple projects and willing to travel for on-site deployments.
