About the team We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure. Job Overview As a Campus Hire in one of our Business Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational processes across the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures. Support daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and generate reports. Participate in project management activities, including tracking progress and deadlines. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Help with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation. Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and proposing solutions to operational challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
