The role of the Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing a range of activities across three areas including Deal Desk, Sales Operations and Business Operations and will play a critical part in driving business growth and efficiency.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-performing team and contribute to the success of a fast-paced and innovative company. Cross Functional collaboration with other teams like Legal, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Product are also required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency.- Analyze business performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.- Work on pricing proposals and discount approvals for the Enterprise arm of the business- Consistently review existing pricings for adjustments to manage margins.- Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate deals and contracts.- Develop and maintain deal approval templates, playbooks and other resources.- Support sales teams with data analysis and process improvement initiatives.- Maintain deal documentation, records to support compliance and reporting.- Monitor and analyze deal performance, win/loss trends, pricing effectiveness, and deal velocity to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's Degree- Strong Analytical & Communication Skills- Experience in working with or supporting cross-functional teams- Experience in deadline-based positions
