Key responsibilities include administering courses for learning and development, ensuring smooth operation and efficient delivery of educational programs to meet learning outcomes, objectives and standards.
Requirements and skills include a diploma or degree in instructional design, user experience, management, sustainability, architecture or the built environment, 3-5 years industry working experience in the field of design, sustainability, architecture, built environment, or in the field of training and education, strong interest in lifelong learning and development, where a certified adult educator would be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess good visual communication and graphic presentation software skills, working knowledge of learning management systems (WizLearn, Canvas), competent ability to present, facilitate and administer online learning, working knowledge in media and video editing with animation skills, operating basic AV system (projectors, mics, etc.) in theatrette, proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel with fluency in Pivot Tables, virtual conferencing/meeting platforms such as Zoom, authoring software (iSpring, 360 articulate), and open-source applications relevant to course development workflows.
A valuable team player with capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired project goals and timely outcomes, curious, resourceful person and skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving to meet challenges related to working with diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
