Job Description:
Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
Oversee the accounting of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of investments made in assets such as equipment, facilities, and infrastructure
Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring proper allocation of financial resources and adherence to budget constraints
Prepare project financial reports and analyses to provide insights into the financial performance of ongoing projects
Utilize basic costing principles (the process of determining the costs associated with producing goods or services) to assist in managing and analysing the company's cost structure
Support product costing initiatives by gathering and analysing cost data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring accuracy in product cost calculations
Prepare and submit statutory financial reports (reports required by law to provide transparency about the company's financial status) in compliance with local regulatory requirements
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of statutory filings, including financial statements and tax reports
Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure all reporting obligations are met and align with both company policies and local regulations.
Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
Experience with CAPEX and project accounting, including budgeting and financial analysis
Basic understanding of product costing and cost analysis.
Strong knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and compliance.
Proficiency with financial software and tools, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
